Payment
Payment by cash or cheque is due at the end of each consultation.
Missed Appointments
Your account is subject to a $75 charge for a missed appointment.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Please advise the office within 24 hours if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A $75 fee will be applied to your account for changes requested in the 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Terminations
Termination of services, for whatever reason, is fully supported. Commitment to your health includes finding the people and services that feel right for you, it is normal for needs to change over time. If you are thinking of terminating your sequential treatment, please advise the office so that a departure package can be prepared for you.
Sequential therapy includes referrals to other health practitioners. For example, body work and therapy can be very complementary. If you are looking for a specific modality, the office may be able to supply referrals. You will also be referred elsewhere if your practitioner feels that your health goals are not aligned with those offered by Genevieve Trickey.
Emergencies
If you are sick and need support, please call the office. The healing process can be tumultuous; your practitioner can help bring clarity to the symptoms being presented. Remedies will be couriered to you if there are no reasonable means of pick-up.
For life threatening emergencies, please call the appropriate emergency service and/or go to the hospital. Advise your homeopath once you are out of danger.

If you are seeking services from multiple health practitioners, it may be beneficial for them to collaborate. To this end, the patient must complete a disclosure form.
