Regimen Corner: Food Pharmacy
Are you confused by the different diets out there? Most claim to suit everyone, without taking specific typologies and history into account. No single diet fits everyone. In the past, I've worked with three different typologies: metabolic, glandular (body), and blood typing. Many of you have a brief lifestyle guide detailing ideal foods, supplements and physical activity.

I'm pleased to introduce a new tool for those of you that want to improve your diet. The new reports take into account your biochemical individuality to determine your unique nutritional needs. Medical conditions, blood type, body type, metabolic type, food allergies and intolerances, vitamin and mineral imbalance, and ideal weight are all considered in determining the optimal food selection. For example, nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, peppers, etc. aggravate certain types of arthritis. The report would then rate these foods as 'avoid' on the chart. For a sample list, click here.

This new service is included with your regular sequential treatment. For those of you that are interested in the nutritional counseling alone, single consultations are available. If you'd like some ideas or guidance in the kitchen, please ask me about in-home cooking lessons offered by a certified wholistic nutritionist.
